Hunting is a Journey of Personal Enrichment and Joy

I traveled to South Africa in July 2024 with my family. While in the bush, we had the opportunity to harvest many animals. I was fortunate enough to take a gorgeous kudu and an enormous eland.
Growing up in a hunting family is one of life’s greatest blessings. Hunting is so much more than the pursuit of animals, as you are able to enrich yourself in new cultures, ecosystems, and become one with nature. I grew up whitetail hunting out of a blind in the Midwest and have since hunted in Nevada, Montana, and now South Africa. Hunting in Africa has been a dream of mine since childhood, and being able to fulfill my dreams and curiosity has been an incredibly joyous journey. – Avery Chaput
